  • A BS in Mechanical Engineering, a MS in Operations Management, an MBA, and eight years of active-duty service as a US Army officer and helicopter pilot.

This is how we define, set, and deploy strategy. This Lever defines who we are and why we exist, our vision and goals, where we are going and why, and how we might get there – it defines and creates how we will create value in the future.
